The manufacturer of the part determines if the product is covered under the warranty. All warranties start from date the warrented item is shipped.
All returned items (including those returned under warranty) must have a "Return Authorization" (RA) number. The RA number MUST be shown on the outside the shipping box used to return your item. RA Numbers MUST be obtained BEFORE shipment. E-mail Jess@bopparts.com, call 707-256-5966, or fax 707 252-0266 obtain an RA number. Returned items sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
What is not covered: This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts modified for use or installed for uses other than their original design and application have no warranty. Warranties do not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, towing or down time, nor do theycover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including fire or wreckage), misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacture’s operating and/or installation instructions. Warranties do not cover airfreight charges.
Our liability does not cover packages shipped by the customer that are lost or stolen. This includes packages containing parts being returned under a warranty claim. Because the customer is the shipper, only the customer can file a claim for loss with the shipping company. Therefore, all claims for a lost return must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
